Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

Review of previous meeting minutes:

Minutes from the November 20 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to approve.
Mike LaBonte seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to update IBISCHK700 contract using SAE template.
  - Not done yet.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob Ross said no new bugs had been reported.
  - Bugs reported by Arpad Muranyi still needed testcases.

IBISCHK615 parser development:
Bob Ross had expected full delivery the previous week, but it didn't happen.  He had
done manual testing of new changes and found 3 issues. Mike LaBonte had run his own
regression tests and found no issues. We expect a delivery soon.

IBISCHK700 parser development:
- Bob Ross noted that we need to reread the contract we have.

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Mike LaBonte seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
